Level Up Project - or classroom project, please contact us for more information.

We want to work with 2 students, as a team, for 160 hours.

We want to have up to 30 speakers' intro videos completed in this project.

Our organisation is expanding and needs videos produced to introduce our professional speakers at the start of their virtual presentations.

We are looking for student video editors with creative and technical skill to help us achieve a greater exposure through video.

Goal

Create a powerful and moving video for IISB to use to introduce our speakers during a virtual presentation.

Develop pre-production, production, and post-production skills, such as editing and storyboarding.

Work as a team to research, write, collect video and still assets, and produce the Speakers' Introduction Video.

Our ultimate goal is to create introductory videos for our amazing speakers to allow producers of streaming presentations to play the video as a way of introducing the speaker. These videos should include a variety of elements and be short and powerful.

Outcomes for Students

Develop a greater sense of connection with Indigenous people through our unique multi-cultural sensitivity and awareness experiences.

Develop a personal/professional portfolio of work to enhance a resume and a skill set.

Develop high level skills, using industry standard software, and be supervised by professionals in a variety of fields.

Duties

Meet regularly with Educational staff and professional business staff at IISB.

Meet and connect with experts, knowledge keepers, and celebrities from IISB speaker roster.

Create cutting edge video products to meet company’s goals.
