Seedling Art Co. aims to make mental health tools, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), more accessible through modernized, user-friendly and sustainable journaling. We work with mental health professionals to create safe, effective tools that improve mental wellness and prevent mental distress, anxiety, and more.

During your 80h placement, you'll create email (6) outreach templates, contact Seedling supporters to let them know of our upcoming kickstarter campaign and identify and reach out to (10) local media outlets for campaign awareness.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

• Create newsletter templates
• Conduct email outreach to the Seedling community
• Reach out and liaise with local media companies.

Students will work closely with and receive mentorship from the founder.. This will also include weekly progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
