Mental Health Writing Editor

Seedling Art Co. aims to make mental health tools, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), more accessible through modernized, user-friendly and sustainable journaling. We are ramping up to a product launch within the next few months and we don't have a large social presence. We're looking for help from a mental health student with a good understanding of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Therapy to act as an editor for our current product - a mental health journal! The contents themselves have already gone through a mental health professional, but we would love some help in refining the language, grammar, and terminology used. The student would use their 80 hours of work toward editing 40 - 80 pages of our journal, with support from our mental health team.

We work with mental health professionals to create safe, effective tools that improve mental wellness and prevent mental distress, anxiety, and more. During your 80h placement, you find 5 different studies and provide analysis that further supports the positive correlation of journaling on mental health. If you like the sound of our culture and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you!

Create a Health and Wellness System

As a new start-up, we want to ensure we implement a health and wellness program that sets employees up for success! As. a mental health venture, creating an inclusive, healthy, accessible, and adaptable environment is of utmost importance. Creativity is the name of the game, there is a lot of freedom when it comes to the development of this program. We're a younger (workforce-wise) company, and we're looking for a solution that is interactive, user-friendly, and helpful for our employees continued health. We want to use this opportunity to create our first health and wellness program. A few key ideas to keep in mind when it comes to this project: - we're a 100% remote company, so digital wellness is worth looking into - accommodations for staff of all ability levels (neurodivergence and creating better accessibility for healthy work)
