Details

Project: Human City is conducting a comprehensive study on the Internet of Things (IoT) systems currently utilized by urban environments. The goal is to identify opportunities for integrating these systems to enhance city management and improve the quality of life for residents. The project will involve analyzing existing IoT data from various city departments such as transportation, utilities, and public safety. Learners will apply their classroom knowledge of IoT, data analytics, and urban planning to assess the effectiveness of current systems and propose integrated solutions. The study aims to provide actionable insights that can help cities optimize their IoT infrastructure for better coordination and efficiency.

Key tasks include:

- Reviewing and summarizing existing IoT systems used by cities.

- Analyzing data derived from these systems to identify patterns and inefficiencies.

- Proposing integrated IoT solutions that can enhance city operations.

- Creating a detailed report with recommendations for city planners and policymakers.

Deliverables

The project will result in a comprehensive report detailing the findings and recommendations for IoT system integration in urban environments. This report will include:

- A summary of current IoT systems and their applications in city management.

- Data analysis results highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.

- Proposed integrated IoT solutions with potential benefits and implementation strategies.

- Visual aids such as charts, graphs, and diagrams to support the findings and recommendations.
