We are supporting an organization that is moving from a grassroots group to a non-profit organization. We need assistance with:

  • Governance and Oversight
  • Financial Statements
  • Grant expense tracking
  • Program reporting

We have Quickbooks but it needs to be set up as well.

Deliverables

The final deliverables should take the form of:

  • Quickbooks set up
  • Grant tracking process and manual for staff to follow
  • Recommendations for sound financial practices
Mentorship

Students will work directly with the founder. We have an accountant who does our payroll and last set of statements who can also provide assistance with questions.
