Phase 18, The candidate will create a report that analyzes all final updates and recommendations based on the comparison of summer results and fall results. A look at future prospects for 2022. Additionally, details like what worked? What didn’t?  Review, what could we have changed or done different? Did we reach target? This will ultimately require a comprehensive review of everything completed. Along with a final hand off.
