ios applications application programming interface (api) user experience (ux) design user interface (ui) design user registration keychain react.js (javascript library) android (operating system) safety assurance database applicationCurrently, our end users have three tasks that they need to complete when they utilize our program to help individuals:
1) Upload a receipt to our debit card system (prior, they can also query the system to find out account balance information and request more funds)
2) Fill out a usage report form
3) Find other sources of aid for the individuals for more long term aid
These three tasks currently require the user to switch between tools, creating friction in the process.
Ideally, we can offer users an app that includes all three of those functions in one place. Even better if, from a UI perspective, we can wrap it in a 3-step process where the user must complete all three steps to "close out" the record.
- Feature set review
- Basic UI/UX design, including user journey
- User Registration and login (+ if possible, to integrate biometric login)
- Connection to API of the debit card platform (using persistent user registration)
- Link to Usage Report Form
We'll be available immediately during normal business hours to provide the team with any information, data access, or any other collaborative need that's required to accomplish the project. We're willing to commit whatever time is needed from our staff.

About the company
In a world where trust between law enforcement and communities is at a critical juncture, BlueBridge Alliance is committed to fostering a culture of compassion and collaboration. Our mission is to enable law enforcement officers to extend a helping hand to those in need, bridging the gap between officers and the communities they serve.
At the heart of our approach is the belief that compassion is not only a virtue; it’s a strategic imperative for building safer communities. When law enforcement officers are seen as partners in addressing the challenges faced by community members, they create mutual trust and respect. This, in turn, leads to increased cooperation, improved communication, and enhanced public safety.
