We would like to dive deeper into the B2B side to identify areas of opportunities that would accelerate our business growth. It’s important for us to develop a strong understanding of the market, identify areas of high value and develop a strategy to unlock and optimize that value.
This project will include the following tasks:
- Market Research - Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market for our B2B services; conduct customer surveys or focus groups to gain insights into the needs, challenges, perceptions, and behaviours of our target customers; develop a pricing strategy; identify expansion opportunities; identify key messaging for B2B engagements; and identify keys to success.
- Branding Positioning - Conduct a full competitive landscape assessment; define our organization's brand and core value proposition; identify opportunities and threats facing our business model; assess where and how to improve brand positioning and differentiate from our competitors.
You'll be working with a fun and collaborative team at Clavis Studio. We will give you access to organizational assets you may need for this project and provide any other support necessary.
