Seedling Art Co. aims to make mental health tools, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), more accessible through modernized, user-friendly and sustainable journaling. We work with mental health professionals to create safe, effective tools that improve mental wellness and prevent mental distress, anxiety, and more.

During your 80h placement, you'll aim to create (1) 3-minute video, and 5 subsequent social media videos with a breakdown as follows:

- 20h for storyboarding and research

- 5h for scripting

-20h for shooting

- 25h for editing (3-minute video)

- 10h for editing (social media videos)

Students will work closely with and receive mentorship from the founder who has a background in media creation. This will also include weekly progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
