ID and IDA are the most common nutritional deficiencies in the world, impacting over 2B people globally.
We are looking for students to work with us on articulating and evaluating the current standard of care in the US. This analysis will include the typical treatment regimen, the duration of care, health outcomes, and costs to the individual and healthcare systems. This information will be used to compare against our digital health intervention, which has the goal of improving quality while reducing costs.
Students will need to utilize their data analysis, visualization, and potentially AI/ML skills for this project. The analysis will include publicly available data sets and surveys received from patients and physicians. We may also have access to data from a community health care center.
This person will work directly with a small and highly experienced team, including the CEO (www.linkedin.com/in/heather-fraser). We are a Boston area based company and can meet with the students in person if helpful for the project. We will provide guidance and support in terms of background information, data, and general knowledge of the condition. The student would need to provide their own computer.
