Then you should consider joining Venturi! We’re looking for a People & Culture Analyst to compile and analyze market data on clients, competitors and research eligible government grants in Edmonton, AB (remote positions available).
Pipelines and midtream infrastructure are a vitally important part of our day to day lives, but we are working towards a more sustainable energy future. It is socially and environmentally critical that we use energy assets as efficiently and responsible as possible.
At Venturi, we are reimagining energy transportation by developing real-time applications to optimize equipment use, power consumption and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through machine intelligence, data science and analytics.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR ONE (1) STUDENT TO START BY NOVEMBER 1st, 2021.
TIME COMMITMENT PER STUDENT IS 70 HOURS OVER A PERIOD OF 7 WEEKS.

Responsibilities
As People & Culture Analyst you will :
- Compile data and develop insights for team building and professional development goals from employees.
- Boost community investment by building the right volunteering strategy, telling the right story and choosing the right cause partners.
- Boost employee engagement by giving them a sense of purpose and belonging through giving, volunteering and positive actions.
- Boost customer engagement by understanding their passionate causes and creating a deeper connection to our brand.
Deliverables
- Brainstorm worthy charity events or potential community partnership ideas (15 hrs)
- Research and create a database of professional development ideas / courses (20 hrs)
- Research and create a database of team building and innovative social events (20 hrs)
- Curate a list of celebration ideas for employee milestones and company achievements (10 hrs)
- Develop an event / budget template for the Venturi Events Committee (5 hrs)

Venturi, founded in 2015, is a cleantech engineering company that specializes in pipeline optimization and energy analytics. Using hydraulic data, advanced computational and machine intelligence tools, we can anticipate operating concerns, increase capacity production, and recommend real-time strategies for energy optimization and GHG emission reduction. Venturi currently employs over 21 staff members, and our headquarters is in Edmonton, Alberta with satellite offices in various locations across Canada.
