Jixx Financial aims to enhance its social media presence to attract more early-stage companies and technology startups seeking financial, operational, and growth acceleration services. The current social media strategy lacks engaging and targeted content, which has resulted in lower-than-expected customer engagement and acquisition. The goal of this project is to design, create, and post promotional content on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook that resonates with the target market. By leveraging classroom knowledge in digital marketing and social media strategies, students will help Jixx Financial increase its online visibility and attract potential clients. The project will involve researching the target audience, developing a content calendar, creating visually appealing and informative posts, and analyzing the performance of the content.

Deliverables

This will involve several different steps, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our company’s services, social media campaign goals and target market.
  • Planning and reviewing marketing content in the form of posts, emails, brochures, etc.
  • Identifying metrics to monitor engagement.
  • Creating a comprehensive social media content calendar that outlines scheduled posts to be posted for Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Deploying at least 20 pieces of promotional content including graphics, captions, and hashtags according to our social media calendar to increase website traffic.
  • A report analyzing the performance of the posted content, including engagement metrics and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Recommending topics for our blog posts.
  • Drafting blog posts relevant to our company.
