Review and improve MakerKids training
We would love for students to analyze the effectiveness of our MakerKids training programs for franchisees, and suggest ways to make it more effective - and design a new training program if needed. It would be great if they could do research into what types of training are most effective for franchisees.

Organization Structure Configuration for Growth
Our organization needs to prepare for rapid growth. To help us do that, we need to have the right people in the right places. We would like the help of students to modify our current organizational structure in a way that best manages our growth priorities. To accomplish this, we believe students will need to: Research the existing positions and personnel Apply an understanding of effective organizational structures in our industry Generate a projection for personnel needs Complete a gap analysis for the skills and positions needed Develop a proposal for a reconfiguration of our current organizational Structure

Website UX/UI Analysis
We would like insights on how user-friendly our website is. We believe the best way to understand our website’s usability is through studying the User Experience and User Interface. We would like students to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of our website to identify ways to improve the user journey, incentivize our desired outcomes, and increase user satisfaction.
