2024 Data Analysis Projects (Varies Per School and Professor) for the Mobile Food Industry

We’d like students to help analyze a number of openly available datasets to draw helpful insights for various business operators from the mobile food industry. This will have impact for: Food Trucks Food Carts and Stands Caterers and Craft Service Providers Canteens Seasonal operators like concessions Some small independent cafes and restaurants From the analyses provided by the students, we hope to gain insights that will enhance our strategy to support the industry, and to also provide meaningful tools and data that can be directly used by individual businesses. These insights will be directly related to business outcomes and to solve real world challenges.
