This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Conducting interviews with small business owners to understand their specific needs and pain points in sales management. - Researching existing sales management software to identify key features and functionalities that are beneficial for small businesses. - Developing a prototype of the sales management software that includes essential features such as inventory management, customer relationship management, and sales tracking. - Testing the prototype with small business owners to gather feedback and make necessary improvements. - Finalizing the sales management software based on the feedback received and ensuring it meets the cost-reduction needs of small businesses.
