Patrick completed the project and produced the two work products expected. We will implement the Help Desk bot in the coming weeks. Patrick worked closely with my lead developer, carefully listening to his questions and feedback, and made updates and changes as suggested. It was a pleasure working with Patrick, and I would work with him again in the future.
