Marketing Strategy Plan
We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market: Canadians Nationwide between the ages of 27 and older. We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging. We’d like students to help us with the following: Marketing Strategy Analysis: Provide recommendations on methods you can use to leverage and improve your marketing strategy, based on your organization's budget and your current marketing strategy. SWOT Analysis. Marketing plan to successfully achieve your marketing goal(s). Marketing mix strategy: Provide insight and recommend sustainable strategies related to the marketing mix (product, location, price, and promotion). Conduct internal and external analysis (including customer, competitor, market and environmental analysis) and past performance of the marketing mix. What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition?
