Scooped by Demetres is a sister brand to the famous Demetres restaurant that specializes in desserts. At Scooped, I specialize in ice cream as it comes with many responsibilites such as knowing every ingredient of each flavour, how it's made and what it goes well with. I also interact with customers and aid them in deciding which flavours to go with. Along with this, I am I dessert crafter which means I'm able to make any type of dessert also found in the Demetres resturant. Being a senior member of the team, I am also responsible for shipments, closing the shop and leading younger employees to provide an amazing experience to customers!

I run the Youtube channel, NKClouted! My channel revolves around the NBA and the different discussions that come with it. I have self-taught myself how to create and edit audio and video and how to create highlights for certain players. I have a lot of fun thinking about different topics, creating scripts, recording my voice and editing it and then gathering clips to build it all together to create an amazing video for my audience! I have surpassed 200,000 overall views and 1,600 subscribers and I hope to gain more experience in editing and content creation with Riipen!
