Positions available: 2 We would like insights on how user-friendly our website is. We believe the best way to understand our website’s usability is through studying the User Experience and User Interface. We would like students to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of our website to identify ways to improve the user journey, making it as easy as possible for them to , and increase user satisfaction. We are particularly interested in the following areas: Setting up Google Analytics for the site Testing and conveying to us your analysis of the functionality of the site The ease for non-profits as they come onboard and update, and how we can smooth that process Embedded videos Ways people using the site leave the site to connect with non-profits
