Subject: Endorsement of Arizona State University Educator for Exceptional Marketing Research Project I am writing to express my wholehearted endorsement and appreciation for the guidance and leadership provided by Professor Ronald O'Donnell from Arizona State University who recently organized and provided guidance on a marketing research project for My Breast Day Inc. His group of students that worked on the project were very dedicated, had attention to detail, and created a comprehensive analysis which far exceeded our expectations, making a significant impact on our strategic planning and development efforts. Overall, Professor O'Donnell was readily accessible, responsive to our questions, provided clear instructions and set expectations for the project. This was demonstrated in the students' outstanding final presentation and report. As the founder of My Breast Day Inc., I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, creativity, and enthusiasm demonstrated by Professor O'Donnell, and each member of the team. Their work ethic and commitment to excellence was evident in every aspect of the project, from initial research to the final presentation. On behalf of My Breast Day Inc., I would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the students and faculty at Arizona State University for their collaboration and outstanding contribution to our project. We look forward to the possibility of partnering with ASU students on future projects and wholeheartedly recommend this talented group to any organization seeking diligent and innovative marketing research support. It was a pleasure to work with this team from start to finish. Watching them go through forming, storming, norming, performing and it all coming together into this project was creative and educational for them as well as us. We will be taking many of their suggestions created during this project and building on them to create a project for our elder-pain population in the coming months.
