The main goal for the project is to create an Employee Handbook for Kiso HQ, an organization that trains and matches salespeople to tech sales jobs globally. The company works with companies to hire, onboard, and manage successful hires. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching best practices for creating an employee handbook. - Interviewing key stakeholders at Kiso HQ to understand the company's culture, policies, and procedures. - Drafting the content for the employee handbook. - Designing the layout and format of the handbook. - Reviewing and revising the handbook based on feedback from Kiso HQ.
