Digital Advertising Financial Solutions Platform - Market Research and Competitive Analysis
This Fintech project is tailored to address the unique financial needs within the digital advertising industry by facilitating not only seamless integration with existing financial institutions but also by fostering the creation of novel financial product offerings. Students will conduct a market analysis focusing on the business and technical challenges agencies currently face and the solutions offered by various service providers. They will create a SWOT analysis and a 'magic quadrant'-style analysis to compare our company's offerings with those of our competitors and identify potential market opportunities.
Social Media Copywriting
We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. In this project, you will be working on work on Social Media Copywriting (Facebook&Instagram). New service launch-becoming Amazon partners
We were approved to become Amazon partners. IN order to build this department properly we need the following Process improvement and optimization. Channel and positioning. Customer data analytics/segmentation. New product/market introductions/ business development. Competitive positioning. Integration of e-commerce and digital platforms for analytics and performance improvement.
Data Mining of our large Data base
Determining sales trends. Developing marketing campaigns. Accurately predict customer behaviors. 1) Sort the database, based on sales opportunities. 2) Create automation, based of of the data. 3) Create Content for our chatbot, based of the data.
Training for New Hires
Manually executing onboarding tasks with each new employee is an inefficient use of resources. We need a training plan that will introduce employees to their new roles, take employees through all start-up resources, and provide our HR personnel with standardized feedback and data about employee progress. This project should focus on: Gathering relevant course design and content information for from interviews with key stakeholders. Ensuring new employees complete specific onboarding tasks. Reducing new employee’s adjustment period. We would like to automate our onboarding process in order to ensure that they all familiar with our services, and how to access the data. We do have content and presentations that we have created for the past 3 years, that can be used for it, as well as we have the online training of Google and FB that is part of our training program. The Goal is to be able to hire new employees to our sales and marketing department, that will integrate faster to our new company. Currently, we don't have a formal process or great monitoring on the completion of the tasks, and the level of knowledge that they gain prior to starting to talk to clients. We do have this knowledge when they are using the Google online courses.
Data Analytics Project
Through this project, students will be expected to: survey potential customers and conduct user testing, identify and evaluate potential customer profile and markets, and research the existing social media pricing models of various other competitors. They will be expected to conduct a full competitor analysis and recommend a new, more sustainable and efficient structure. Project deliverables may include, but are not limited to: Final report and plan outlining key findings/recommendations. Executive summary presentation. IMBA Internship
Through this project, students will be expected to: survey potential customers and conduct user testing identify and evaluate potential customer profile and markets create a plan of action to approach and release this new service to our new and existing clients create promotional material for our sales team to cater towards selling this new service Planning : The MBA student will meet with organization representative(s) to devise the project scope and specify the student's responsibilities. These will be approved by Schulich IMBA Assistant Director, Internships and Corporate Services. Execution : The students will work on the deliverable outlined in the project plan(s) full time over a period of 12 weeks. Deliverable will vary for each organization.
