The primary objective of this project is to evaluate and redesign Fix Me a Dish's current websites, optimizing for an intuitive and user-friendly two-sided marketplace. The redesign should adhere to the principle of allowing users to accomplish their main tasks within three clicks or less. Analyzing the current website and user experience. Developing a UX strategy to create an easy-to-use two-sided marketplace. Designing a UI to go along with the UX strategy. Optimizing website performance and assessing areas for improvement. Researching other variables that can improve the user experience. Testing the developed website and making improvements based on additional data.
User Testing and Product Improvement for Agenda and Minutes Features of BoardSpace Web Application
The main goal for the project is to conduct user testing on the current web application of BoardSpace in order to gather insights that will help design a better product, provide better customer support, and offer an improved customer experience. Specifically, the focus will be on improving the agenda and minutes features of the application. This will involve several different steps for the team, including: - Setting up user testing sessions with paying customers to gather feedback on the current web application. - Analyzing the feedback and identifying areas for improvement in the agenda and minutes features. - Collaborating with the development team to implement the necessary changes based on the user feedback. - Conducting additional testing to ensure the improvements have positively impacted the user experience. - Creating a report summarizing the findings and the implemented changes.
