Hanna Milne has been an outstanding addition to our team through the Eco Canada/Riipen co-op program. Over the course of her project, Hanna has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for the work we do in corporate sustainability. From the very beginning, Hanna approached her work with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset. She quickly familiarized herself with our organization's goals and priorities, and was able to hit the ground running on her assigned tasks. Hanna's research and analysis on global human rights and modern slavery risk was thorough and insightful, providing our team with valuable information to inform our strategic planning. One of Hanna's standout qualities is her ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. She proactively sought feedback and guidance when needed, but also demonstrated excellent initiative in taking ownership of her project deliverables. Hanna's written work was consistently clear, concise, and well-organized, making it easy for our team to review and implement her recommendations. Beyond her strong technical skills, Hanna has also been a pleasure to work with on a personal level. She is friendly, approachable, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every interaction. Hanna's enthusiasm and eagerness to learn have been truly inspiring, and she has been a wonderful ambassador for the Eco Canada/Riipen program.
