Working with Fanshawe College and Rupinder Gill was a great experience. Rupinder is very knowledgeable in her field. Through this real-world case study process, her students provided a framework for our compensation plan and as added benefit Rupinder provided some additional coaching. We were very pleased with the process, communication and final reports.
