We have been challenged with finding different ways of hiring since our job openings are mostly commission based, once candidates do start with us they find that they can make more than with an hourly waged salary, but the first challenge is motivating them to start, and finding the right candidates which are young energetic people with very good communication skills and great at negotiating. The opportunity we have with Social Media is that our CEO has a strong social media presence, we would like to strengthen our social media presence even more and determine which are the best social media platforms to focus on for our industry which is sales, marketing and PR. We have a wide portfolio of clients and are interested in implementing different communication strategies to attract new and diverse clients.
