Starship Capital is seeking a team of learners to enhance the conversion rate of a SaaS product within our investment portfolio. The project involves analyzing the current user journey and identifying opportunities to implement new design features that can drive higher subscriber growth. The goal is to apply product management principles to optimize the onboarding process and improve user engagement. Learners will conduct market research, analyze user data, and propose actionable design improvements. This project provides an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in product management, user experience design, and data analysis to a real-world scenario. The focus will be on creating a seamless and intuitive user experience that encourages trial users to convert into paying subscribers.

Strategic Portfolio Divestment Analysis
Starship Capital is seeking a comprehensive analysis of its private investment portfolio to identify which assets should be divested. The project involves conducting in-depth evaluations of financial statements, cash flow, and internal rate of return (IRR) for each investment. The goal is to provide a clear, data-driven recommendation on which investments are underperforming or no longer align with the company's strategic objectives. This project will allow learners to apply their financial analysis skills, utilizing classroom knowledge in real-world scenarios. The analysis will focus on a small number of investments to ensure a thorough and focused evaluation, suitable for completion within an 80-hour timeframe.

Marketing Strategy Roadmap Development for Portfolio Company
For one of our portfolio of the company, we are in need to architect a new marketing plan. The goal is to acquire new customers at an acceptable cost of acquisition (CAC). We are eager to get students' point of view to determine the right channels for our D2C company. We will need to put together a point of view and recommendation to assess the why behind growing the social media following for that channel.

Incentive Strategy for Portfolio Companies
Today, for one of our portfolio of the company, we need to put together a cost-benefit analysis on their incentive roadmap. We need to track the LTV lift based on the cost of the incentive. Students will get a chance to brainstorm creative ideas and investigate the net-impact to user acquisition and model out churn.
