Number of positions available: 20 Peopletail is an e-commerce retailer that helps health and wellness brands sell products through a community of content creators and influencers We’d like to provide Riipen students with an opportunity to Level Up their experience in the field of Blog and Article Writing . The role of 80 hours will consist of: Writing about brands we sell on our platform Telling creative stories of how products can be used Explaining products from an ingredients perspective Trying to write articles that persuades consumers to buy them from Peopletail We’d ask you to write a minimum of 10 x 500 word articles throughout the 80 hours of your project at Peopletail.
Survey Creation
Positions available: 4 We are looking to develop a multiple choice survey that can be used to generate accurate data, which can be used for decision making. Using communications best practices, we would like students to develop a questionnaire that will generate usable data for decision making. We would also like for students to source options for us to conduct the survey within our target group. Human Creativity & Neuroscience Research Project
Number of individual positions available: up to 5 We are a business and personal performance consulting and coaching firm that works with CEO's, executives, entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals. This project will entail researching the scientific and psychological elements of getting creativity. This is a state of optimal thinking, creativity, innovation and problem solving. Essentially, it's the ability for the average person to have amazing insight and intuition. Going from average to Einstein like thinking. We are able to take on up to 5 students. Students will be researching and compiling strategies for individuals to have optimal thinking and creativity levels using sounds scientific and psychological principles. They'll also be answering questions such as: how does a person get into this state? How long can a person stay in the state? What elements are required to optimize the state? The research must be sound and from credible sources. The end product is a "how to" guide for getting into a state of creativity. The purpose is to provide managers and individuals with a guide to optimize personal performance in the workplace, personal hobbies and for problem solving. The students will surely learn how to optimize their own performance along the way.
Marketing Intern
Reporting to the CEO, you will design and develop marketing collateral to support the launch of Caddie Health’s billing solution. Specifically, you will create collateral to support the future sales team in the form of “battle cards” - details on competitors and how we will position and win business in competitive scenarios. During the course of this project, you will complete the following: Align on the set of ~5 competitors to focus on and the key details needed for competitive analysis (e.g., feature sets, services, pricing, messaging / positioning, etc.) Conduct research on each competitor, online and by phone, to collect the data on each competitor Work with the Caddie Health team to brainstorm responses to competitor value propositions that will be compelling to customer segments Synthesize findings and recommended positioning and messaging into 1-slide PowerPoint summaries Share the outputs with the Caddie Health team to collect feedback and refine the materials, and identify future collateral that should be developed for Marketing and Sales success You will be required to regularly meet with the CEO to provide updates on project deliverables and iterate based on feedback.
Marketing Project
We have some documents and content that are rough draft form that we would like to have cleaned up and made professional looking. We'll provide the content but need help in making our reports looks engaging, professional, and easy to read. We have examples of our work that we can show for guidance. We have multiple examples of these projects. We're looking for students to interface with someone on my team to accomplish the final look feel and content. Examples of the final products are attached under resources for examples of the rough draft and what we'd like the finished product to look like. Project tasks may include but are not limited to: Reviewing the content and coming up with a few designs, themes, etc. Formatting content into presentable document Working with our team to make changes / choose final version Presenting final document

Customer Engagement for E-commerce Jewelry Brand
Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for 1-3 marketing students. The primary focus for the student will be: Customer Engagement - Put yourself in the position of a prospective customer and experience the Dimples brand from all angles and platforms. Examine and critique the website, social media platforms, advertising, and automated email workflows. Identify opportunities for greater customer engagement and increased conversion. Implement improvements. Our goal at the end of this experience is: Customer Engagement & Increased Conversion - For the student(s) to communicate improvements for all customer touchpoints: website, social media, advertising, inbound marketing (lead capture forms), automated email workflows, that will increase visitor engagement and convert visitors to customers. The student(s) will also implement some of these improvements by creating content such as improved automated marketing workflows. Other duties the student may complete could include : Assist with outbound email marketing campaigns as needed; analyse and report on campaign performance (using Omnisend). Measure and report on visitor traffic using Google Analytics. Measure and report social media performance using platform tools (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube). Possibly create content (including social posts, blog posts, and website copy). We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern(s) using these communication tools: Riipen messaging, email, virtual meets via Zoom or Google Meet or Microsoft Team, phone.
