One of those markets is supporting post doctorate scholars in the identification and ability to gain job opportunities in the private sector. This project would entail building an 'autorader' style dashboard that allows the scholars to register and be searchable/reachable via their specific expertise. The second later to this is the support to scholars in secondary personal support that our existing company can bring, as well as the proactive communication and actionable support to connect with private sector business. We see this as a technology that will be used in a hybrid strategy with the fundamentals of a sports management firm, with scholars as opposed to athletes.

We currently own and operate our own proprietary tracking technology which allows us to track raw data for players and teams; specifically for advanced analytics and for graphical reporting. With the use our existing technology code and development infrastructure we're looking to update the tracking app to be more end user friendly and player/parent facing. The project itself would be to build on top of our existing hockey data tracking app to allow users to register as trackers and allow players/teams to hire them to track specific games with a payment processor. We would like to create an easy to use app that automates the agent recommendations to players based on their current playing characteristics, such as age, league, points, etc. We've actually already created already identified the data API authorities for players and know what the structure of the app would be. The solutions would allow players for around the world the opportunity to gain advice on their playing careers in an automated way.

We currently use technology and data in a variety of way to identify, develop, and communicate with our players. This being said, we use Google Drive to manage our client work and communications; therefore building a stand alone software for use to user to catalog and process our Clients through our existing structure would be valuable. The project itself would be to build a mobile app based video game that pulls data from our existing technology and presents it in a compelling way to provide a career prediction on a hockey player. The students would actively engage in our repository, staging environments, and AWS servers to create, test, and integrate the appropriate API or calls from the new video game. The goal of the project is to create a game that provides information, perspective, and fun in regards to a hockey Player's future career using real research based advanced performance statistics and information. Depending on the preference of your group, the students would be primarily focused on the development and functionality of the video game, while our staff would support with the design layout, proprietary advanced statistics, and 'who, what, where' aspects of the project.

We've recently completed this for European Basketball with a Riipen class; therefor we have user actions, testing scripts, and work flows already pre-existing that your class could follow to customize the portal towards soccer. We've already identified and begun communications with the data provider for this specific project and would have pre-existing API calls that can be used to populated the specific servers data
Hockey Performance Analytics Dashboard
The project itself would be to build a visualization dashboard that pulls data from our hockey tracking app's database and presents it in a compelling way. With our database we have advanced data for the NHL, AHL, NCAA, among other leagues. The students would actively engage in our repository, staging environments, and AWS servers to create, test, and integrate the appropriate API or calls to the newly created dashboard. The goal of the project is to create a user facing MVP that allows user to browse, understand/learn about Players and Teams advanced performance statistics. Depending on the preference of your group, the students would be primarily focused on the development and functionality of the dashboard, while our staff would support with the design layout, proprietary advanced statistics, and 'who, what, where' aspects of the dashboard.
Automated Hockey Video Editing Technology
Though this project, students will collaborate to create a high-end video editing machine that can be integrated into our existing hockey analytic tracking software to produce both a manual and automated video editing software based on time-stamped events. The technology will provide the infrastructure to connect 'clean' video with time-stamp performance events within our front-end user interface. The main goal of this project is to produce the ability for autonomous video editing based on tracked time-stamped events. For example, 3 events tracked would be a Face-off at 2:10, a Shot at 2:25, a Goal at 2:47. The video technology would edit the video to start at 2:08 and end at 2:49. Additionally, the database infrastructure will allow the recall to video time based on time-stamp event calls. For example, a user 'calls on/clicks' the goal at 2:47, the video would pop up for 2:30-2:49. Students understanding and ability to do this would be based on database and video technical descriptions of development
NHL/AHL Statistical Performance Model Based On Pay
Through this project, students will analyze performance data from the NHL and AHL 2017-18 regular season, as well each players specific salary amounts. In doing so they'll identify high level trends, and possible inefficiencies among NHL programs. Specific resulting statistical contexts will be: - goals and points per dollar - lost man games due to injury per doller - shots per doller - etc The final goal of the project is to make available a deeper context of player evaluation based on performance per dollar Specifically, a detailed report outlining trends identified, possible inefficiencies, and raw data that can be integrated into our user interface outlining every player in the 2017-18 NHL and AHL regular season performance in the context of their pay.

International Basketball Job Portal Technology
We currently have the base code and infrastructure needed to further buid a basketball specific job portal, while already identifying the data sources needed, which we utilize in hockey. The system itself will be able to do following: - allow international basketball teams to register, scout, message, post jobs, and complete the contractual process online; all while linked to their existing team data - allow players to search, message, and apply to specific job opporuntities - allow team staff such as Coaches, GM's, Trainers, and analytics staff to message and apply to jobs internatonally - create a stand alone database, formatted to the specific API used for team and player specific data. The goal of the project is to produce and launch the best use of technology to provide a solution to the international basketball market allowing for much easier scouting, communication, and recruiting of staff and players. CKM Sports Messaging Capability Software
We're looking to create a messaging software to integrate within our existing hockey player job portal (http://jobs.eliteprospects.com/). The initiative would allow players, teams, staff, and agents to communicate with pre-defined rules. Additionally, system would have a back-end dashboard allowing for admin to view users, ongoing communications, and user settings. Currently we use a software called SendBird that has limited capabilities. The finalized product would have following capabilities: - integrated messaging capability within our existing code - a back-end system for admin use - adjustable user settings - user integration via our existing user id's

Masters' Big Data Analysis
As an organization we’re very aware of statistics trends within various aspects of our business. We've identified specific player flows worldwide as they move along their individual career path; for example AHL players flowing to Europe, etc. We would like the support of a student to evaluate and manage the player transfer data we currently have to identify further trends and if possible produce or present the incorporation of machine learning to predict where players will go based on a statistically specific season. The student would focus on transfer data within our specific database; managing, testing, and manipulating the data to gain information and build scripts that could be used with machine learning. Phase 1 Project Plan: Students will meet with organization representative(s) to devise the project scope and prepare detailed plan for completion of the project. Phase 2 Analysis & Strategy: Students will work on deliverables outlined in the project plan. Teams will periodically communicate with organization representative(s) as needed to complete project tasks.
