Using Service Now as ticket management tool, I have run many tickets, First I worked on legal hold ticket a couple months back, where I was proceeding with DCU (Data Collection Utility) as needed, decommissioning of systems that are not supported anymore, troubleshooting some issues and always provide useful note. Then I worked on diagnostics and repairs tickets about HP and Dell PC. Right now I am facing customers through tickets on image, reimage, shipping computer and equipment to them and so on.
