We are looking to further develop our platform's innovative features and designs. We are looking for creative students who want to pursue software engineering or development as a career. Students should be prepared to: Understand and interpret our current software stack while being able to provide any efficiencies that can be created. Create the required features inside our current stack Debug or problem solve any issues that may happen with new or old solutions in our platform Provide an opinion about how to design features from a backend's perspective Consult with clients about providing desired features or tools inside our platform Students involved with our team will receive training with our senior engineer to ensure they are confident and competent.

The Main objective of this project is to create a methodology for integrating open datasets into dynamic mapping features that allow users to better understand how the world around them is layered in a geo-spatial sense. Students will be asked to create a system to collect, clean and organise open datasets from major municipalities in order to create a data rich data visualization and management microservice that can be displayed on a map or in tables with an object oreinted build. the tool should allow users to update and interact with datasets.
Mobile & Web App for IOS / Android: Computer Science
The primary focus for the student will be: The main coding languages will likely be React, Java, CSS, and HTML, and potentially others like python. Our goal at the end of this experience is: to have full functioning IOS, Android, and web applications that correspond with each other. Website Development - For the student(s) to complete a fully functioning website. Application Development - For the student(s) to create a fully functioning IOS / Android application the corresponds with the website. Create the backend for easy management of the app. Real-Time Data Visualization - For the student(s) to help us devise and implement a data visualization system to help our organization derive insights to inform decision-making. Open Source Software Management - For the student(s) to help us develop a set of tools we can implement or utilize if necessary or possible.

The main goal for the project is to create a digital rollodex for Appy.Yo, allowing small to medium businesses to keep their contacts online. This will involve creating a web and app version of the digital rollodex that allows users to scan and automatically upload contacts.
SEO and Social Media Strategy
Our team is looking to take our social media presence to the next level in order to drive traffic to our pages. To do this, we hope to improve our search engine optimization, and create an optimal schedule for our social media posts to be uploaded. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching keywords to determine the most relevant terms that our customers search for. Researching Search Engine Optimization requirements for us to rank on the first page of Google. Constructing a content calendar to upload social media content for the maximum possible traffic . Creating social media content using the most efficient keywords for our target audience while following the content calendar. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Using our company’s social media analytics to tailor the content calendar to our customers activity, rather than general trends

Our company has been serving thousands of customers for decades. However, our current website is outdated and requires updating. We would like to collaborate with students to evaluate our web pages and recommend areas for improvement. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with the current structure of our website and our company’s products, target market, mission and vision statements. Conducting background research on factors that affect the quality of websites. Developing a set of criteria to evaluate our web pages and justifying the importance of each criterion. Evaluating our web pages based on the established criteria. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending areas for improvement on our website. Assisting in implementing changes to web pages.
Music School Online Teaching Platform
The main goal for the project is to build an online teaching platform for École de musique Fa Bémol, allowing people from all over the world to join and learn their favorite instruments. The platform must be in french, but communications with the director to complete the project can be in english. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Understanding the requirements and vision of École de musique Fa Bémol for the online teaching platform. - Developing a user-friendly interface for learners to access and navigate the platform. - Integrating video lessons, interactive exercises, and progress tracking features into the platform. - Implementing a secure payment system for course enrollment and materials. - Testing the platform for functionality and user experience.
