This project allowed me to develop several skills that are essential to my future employment (i.e., laboratory skills). I greatly enjoyed working alongside my instructor to complete tasks with significant real-world applications, and am thankful I got to experience what research is actually like outside of a classroom setting!

In this project, my employer was very helpful whenever I required any assistance and was willing to accommodate any concerns. I really enjoyed my time on this project and look forward to applying these skills in the workforce.

It was a pleasure working on this project with Dr. Miller was a pleasure, who patiently mentored and educated me on many essential molecular laboratory skills. My confidence in the laboratory has increased, and I am eager to apply my newfound skills to future employers.
