Seeking Assistance in Developing a User Onboarding Training Program

DifferentMatters is looking for assistance in creating a comprehensive onboarding and training program specifically designed for new users of our platform, The Studio. The Studio integrates with Slack as its user interface, so the onboarding program will need to incorporate elements from Slack's onboarding training where applicable to ensure a smooth and familiar user experience. Our goal is to develop a structured, engaging, easy-to-use, and quick program that provides an overview of key features and helps users integrate our platform into their day-to-day workflows. This project involves designing a new onboarding and training module from scratch that is scalable and adaptable to various user needs. By the end of the project, The Studio aims to enhance the user onboarding experience and ensure that new users feel confident in using the platform to reduce team stress, boost productivity, and improve overall mental well-being. Key tasks include: Conducting a needs assessment to understand the requirements and pain points of new users. Integrating The Studio's onboarding experience with Slack's user experience. Designing an engaging training curriculum that includes interactive elements, video content, and assessments. Developing a feedback mechanism to continuously refine and improve the onboarding program.

Convert Chat Threads into a Vector Database (AI/ML & LLM)

DifferentMatters is developing the latest methodology and application to help everyday people find a sense of belonging. In order to accelerate our pace to market, we need to create content specific to our IP so that our application then becomes a portal to unique experiences for each individual. We would like to collaborate with students to apply the latest artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques to our existing dataset. Students will develop an AI / ML model that will create a vector database to support our development of content, and eventually lead to user-content access as our platform evolves. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research on the simplest way to create our database for usability by non-technical users. Analyzing our current dataset. Researching the latest AI / ML techniques and how they could be applied to our data. Developing an AI / ML model that provides unique outcomes or insights into our data. Providing multiple solutions that can be applied to solve the same problem.

Belonging in the Workplace Survey Creation

We are looking to develop an analog and then digital survey to inform benchmarks and ongoing development regarding sentiments of belonging in the workplace. Using research and communications best practices, we would like students to review our current survey questions, and use them to build the digital survey by completing 100 analog surveys using our current lead database. This survey will provide lead generation opportunities, help build our email marketing list, provide insight into belonging to share quarterly through our reports.
