Positions Available: 3 (individually or as a team) As a growing nonprofit, we are looking to diversify our funding sources. Students can work individually or in teams to support us in writing various grant applications. Researching grant opportunities in Canada Use persuasive communication that allows potential external holders to understand what we are about Writing out applications Research companies/organizations that have previously provided grants/donations to organizations in our space Write up grant drafts, and RFPs (Requests for proposals)
Book Publication: Phase 2 (History) FULL
Positions available: up to 200 total students, working in groups of 12 We would like students to write and publish books. For phase 2 of this initiative, students will focus on history topics. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: work with team pod of students to help write two books, one book each week write 2200 to 4000 words each week and edit other team (pod) members work on collective document upload documents for publication as books onto research sites keep with schedule and work as book writing team This project will be ongoing over 8 weeks, with different books being produced in each two-week segment. There will be 4 project postings on Riipen that students will apply for. Each phase will run for two weeks.

Project Scope We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences, and other content pieces on assigned topics Receive a brief with completed keyword research, along with other instructions, and produce content based on this brief Ability to write content for all levels (From children to experienced users) Get a better understanding of how to create engaging content, write good headlines and meta descriptions, describing the produced content Get an understanding of requirements surrounding writing a compelling and catchy title, description, and content creation, the value of a good title, the importance of a well-written meta description, and the quality of the written content from a reading perspective Get a basic understanding of how SEO works, the impact it has on google rankings. Review, edit, re-write existing content that’s been identified as needing revisions. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Researcher for Diseases Prevention Projects in Developing Countries
PROJECT SCOPE Positions Available: One individual student 80 hour project Need to create a 4000-word research paper on the multidimensional aspects and benefits of building family immunity within community-based programs - with a special focus on nutritional sufficiency in the developing world. This project may include, but is not limited to: Create multi-dimensional cost-effective options that are available to community leaders in rural communities Identify the health challenges in different regions of the world, dividing challenges of contagious diseases and deteriorating diseases.
