Employee Recognition Program

Our company has 10+ employees with diverse backgrounds and experiences. We want to better recognize their hard work and show our appreciation. We would like to collaborate with students to develop an employee recognition program. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Defining objectives for our employee recognition program. Researching successful recognition programs. Recommending suitable ways to recognize our employees. Developing a plan to track the program’s effectiveness. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to promote our program and raise awareness.
