The goal of this project is to research and identify property management companies or professionals in the real estate industry who rely on manual processes for portfolio management. The project will involve collecting and organizing relevant contact information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles. Additionally, the project will involve conducting market analysis to understand the specific needs and pain points of property managers without portfolio management software. The project will also involve collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling outreach strategies, assisting in the creation of targeted messaging and outreach materials, maintaining and updating the prospect list to ensure accuracy and relevance, and tracking and reporting on the progress of prospect list development.

We would like students to help us with creating engaging, and dynamic content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization and work with the student to plan TikToks/Reels that will be successful on our social media accounts.  Our company, Northland Properties, owns many different brands and you will be working on two or more of the following: Chop Steakhouse & Bar, Sandman Hotels, The Sutton Place Hotel, King Blue Hotel, Moxies, Denny's, Shark Club, or Bar One. We like to create content that is exciting and relevant, showcases our offering, and makes viewers want to see more. The variety will allow you to be creative and create content that is different in tone, visuals, and concept.
