My experience working with the company and my group members was an interesting and fun way of completing an assignment. I felt that it was a nice and easy way to learn how employers expect you to get a project done while also working with others. I enjoyed how we were able to work for an employer to complete a project without any of the downsides that a real job might have. I felt that this was a great experience and I'm happy that I was able to be a part of it.

Working on this project with Lauren Nignon and my team was a fulfilling experience. My team and I learnt so much about coercive control and researching how much it impacts women all around the world. This project is something my team and I are proud to have collaborated on to keep pushing the for universal archetypes of coercive control.

Working with the employers of the Establish Universal Archetype of Coercive Control from Feminine Intelligence Agency project as part of the Global Health Insights and Data Collaboration initiative was an enriching and thought-provoking experience. The team’s unique and critical perspective challenged conventional frameworks, encouraging us to delve deeper into the intersection of gender dynamics, power structures, and health outcomes. The employers demonstrated a strong commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration, seamlessly blending sociological insights with data-driven methodologies. This approach enriched the research process and inspired innovative approaches to analyzing health data. Notably, it enabled us to identify patterns of coercion and control that might not be immediately apparent through traditional metrics. Communication was generally effective, and the team was receptive to diverse viewpoints while maintaining a clear focus on their agency’s mission. While the abstract nature of their conceptual framework occasionally required clarification, it ultimately fostered greater precision and inclusivity in our language and interpretations. This collaboration fostered critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a broader understanding of how nuanced social dynamics shape global health narratives. It was an honor to contribute and learn from such an intellectually stimulating and socially conscious initiative.

Overall, I highly enjoyed working on this project this semester. It gave me new knowledge of hardships in Cuba while also allowing us as a group to put our best foot forward and work as a team.
