We want students to help us build a marketing and product launch strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company? What channels should we utilize? What budget is appropriate for advertising? What messaging should we use? More Info: Salubritas Health Group Inc ( Cutting Edge Health Products all plant-based from ancient formulas (Ayurvedic Medicine) and proven by modern-day science). Just some further information. We need to clear up front … This is NOT paid intern position …..but you will you get a chance to use your skills and meet or exceed your course requirements . What else can you expect from Salubritas, We are a woman CEO run (a new immigrant from China) and all 3 partners are serial entrepreneurs in this company and own many other businesses (Rob VP currently owns 5 businesses) you will get extensive Canadian experience. You will also get mentorship to guide you and weekly or bi-monthly meetings on Zoom or in-person if possible. At the end of the course or the end of the project you will receive a recommendation letter for your Canadian experience and the work that you did for our company on our corporate letterhead complete with our contact information for further references. Product Launch Strategy
Number of individual students required: (Example: 5 students) OR Number of students required to work in team: (Example: 2 teams of 3 students) We want to expand our product offering with a new design. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. Where in the world is the best place to launch for early success? Should we just default to launching where we live? What is the total market size for this opportunity? 2. With whom should we partner on manufacturing, kitting, packaging, warehousing, and fulfillment? How complex is that and how much will it cost, realistically? 3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves? 4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success? We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.
