Content Calendar Execution: Timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our site 4. A strategy for executing content that maximizes engagement and increasing followers 5. Brand Marketing
Positions available: 3 ( in teams or individually) We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We need help from a student to help us create marketing pieces about our software applications that speak about our vision, values. The overall goal is to publish the marketing pieces which could be videos or ads, that will target potential clients through social media channels. They should incorporate the proper keywords and SEO to ensure that we are easy to find online. To accomplish this, we expect the student will: Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Digital Content Creation for 1000towns.ca
Number of individual students required: 15 students from all Canadian Provinces and Territories 1000towns.ca website was created three years ago. We launched >70 unique pages Top Places to Visit in your Town. We would like students to help us with creating content about towns in all provinces/territories that are aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. You can check existing pages on 1000towns.ca to clarify our formats. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Choose 5-10 towns they are interested Choose the most interesting attractions for each town Write a short description of each attraction 'Communicate with local communities asking for feedback and ideas Assist with social media to promote 1000 Towns Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization. HR Onboarding Specialist
Positions available: 1 In this role, you will act as an onboarding specialist, and will be working alongside the Director, HR and HR Generalist. You will be on a mission to discover what an 11/10 onboarding experience looks like for a new hire. By the end of this Riipen project, you will have curated, organized, streamlined, and overseen the entire onboarding process for NexJ new hires. Level UP Digital & Physical Marketing Materials - Evertree
Number of individual students required: 3-4 We are looking to create marketing materials, both physical and digital, with our brand standards to use on our website and across different marketing channels. We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Content will include: To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Design and produce 1-2 page Sell Sheets with info about our organization, branding as well as our services that can be distributed to our B2B market. Once produced, make small modifications for use in different target market segments. Build template for blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on environmental topics. Build template for certifications we provide to individuals and corporations using our branding. Design materials that amplify what makes us unique and creates strong brand awareness and identity for our organization. Create a branding guide based on existing brand standards. This role may be split up amongst a team of students, depending on profiles and mandates. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for up to 5 students or teams. The primary focus for the student will be: Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy for new products or services; identify new funding and grant opportunities and write proposals. Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes to be more responsive to changes in demand; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes; redesign incentive structures to improve employee performance and engagement. Marketing - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion); conduct overhaul of our branding or communication strategy. Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure. The student will use existing content from Anahana's extensive library as well as suggest new content from our content and graphics teams. SEO and Social Media Marketing Improvement Plan
Positions Available: 2-3 Students Project Scope 1) Research - Gain familiarity with the context (company goals, competitive landscape, industry trends) 2) Assessment – using SEO tools, current best practices with Google’s latest changes, and assessment of Werrv;’s current website, provide an assessment of strengths and weaknesses of current techniques and recommend most valuable path to improvement to achieve both improved search results and customer satisfaction. 3) SEO Improvement Plan - Over the duration of the project, starting from assessment and working through experimentation, implementation, validation, provide a written plan, including recommended tools to use techniques to targets cost effectively. 4) Social Media – Assess which are the best social media platforms, beyond Facebook to engage our target audiences with prioritization around the best value for effort for Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Linked In, Pinterest, TikTok and possibly others. Recommend a “voice” and “style” to target key customer personas (see background notes for persona descriptions in the RV industry. Our website platform is Shopify and we will give you access to the website and other organizational assets to support this project. Work can be completed remotely and online brainstorming and update meetings can be done via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other preferred platforms. Timely meeting access and response to questions will be provided, including by text, or on-line communication tools.
Redesign, Brand, SEO existing sites, Social Media & Marketing
This Project can be accomplished with 2 or more individuals or as a team. Our organization needs re-branding and graphic design help as well as clean up or restructure of two existing websites including SEO optimization. We are looking for teams or individual students that can help amplify what makes us unique and create better messaging for our brand. This would include identifying areas of improvement and developing a plan for better promotion and brand awareness. This project may combine research, data analysis, graphic design w/ Sketch or Adobe XD, prototyping, one-page creations and more! We believe this project will require: Research to define our unique brand position and create consistent promotional messaging Logo that highlights brand awareness and brand positioning We would like to encompass more wellness resources that can be made available to our clientele, which include Corporate, Event and In Home Massage/programs, Massage Training for those interested in a career change or add on to existing modalities or perhaps they just want to learn massage for fun. Online training is key - Resources for this are ready so content would be to be geared to this. Much of the existing content can be used or just re-worded. Social Media pages will also need a face lift and creation. On the Spot Massage FB page is up but not the training page Videos and pictures would be discussed as well to see what should be recreated We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website analytics, sales and brand collateral, files and more. We can also suggest names of competitors and comparators to research. We are very flexible and open minded when it comes to discussions and ideas being tossed about to come up with what will work best moving forward.
