Great mentorship, very positive and welcoming environment. You have the independence to work on a project of your choosing.

Overall a great experience. I appreciated the constant communication and bi-weekly check-in meetings as they kept me on track, as well the positivity and flexibility shown to the interns. I only wish communication between interns was more heavily emphasized, as I found it difficult to connect with those working on different projects than myself.

My experience working at MiTravel was extremely beneficial to my career advancement as a UX Designer. I worked closely with the Design Lead to learn more about Design Systems and how to conduct thorough and investigative user research. Also the team environment was very welcoming and friendly. I would strongly suggest anyone who is interested in joining a strong team consider working with MiTravel!

I enjoyed working with everyone on the team, particularly Annie, Mina, and Matthew. They were very understanding and patient with everyone in my team, me especially. I hope to be able to work with the again. I learned alot about marketing, marketing strategies, obtaining primary research, and more.

It was excellent experience working with MiTravel. The company environment and leadership exhibited is exceptional. It's a warm and welcoming territory that fosters learning and a great work ethic. It was especially great to work closely under the the senior developer, Rost Myshkin's skilled guidance and mentorship. The company leaders helped and encouraged learning, to ensure success at every stage. I wish success for MiTravel in the future!
