Client Pipeline Optimization with Mailchimp
PARKER HR Solutions Inc. aims to enhance client engagement by developing an efficient client pipeline management system using Mailchimp. The project focuses on streamlining marketing efforts to ensure effective lead nurturing from initial contact to conversion. Students will research best practices in email marketing and pipeline management to create a tailored strategy specific to our consulting services. Under the guidance of the company's Digital Marketing Consultant, they will gain proficiency in Mailchimp and develop a structured pipeline framework. Training Full Cycle
The main goal of the "Training Full Cycle" project is to provide MBA students with a comprehensive understanding and practical experience in managing the entire training lifecycle within an organizational context.
