Excellent working with ICT Ignite

ICT Ignite made a great batch of student interns available to participate in our projects. The resources they had available to help us develop our project documents and the assistance they provided in gathering CVs made the project flow smoothly.

It was a very positive experience working with the coordinators of this program. They were very attentive and responsive to my needs. The coordinators demonstrated effective and efficient communications skills. They promptly attended to my needs and concerns. They made the entire experience pleasant. Specifically, Crystal Wright is an excellent and effective Project Specialist. Thanks for your efforts and attention to detail.

Incredible program! For just 2 months, we managed to build an entire software application POC and now we are ready to proceed to step two :)

The number one issue with this is training for the site. I have not used Riipen before and trying to understand all the intricacies of it is alot without any help or tutor option available to ask questions from. The staff, when I did get in touch with them were quite helpful but for some reason their messages go "somewhere else" besides the basic chat area (still not sure at this point where to find them) but when they copied them back to the "messages inbox area" it helped a lot. A touch more training or some basic "tutor" ppt may be good to give new users of this app

Need better training and simpler way to connect with coordinators. Coordinators are well versed, professional and helpful when you do connect but connecting doesn't seem to be as simple as sending a message on the platform
