Details

We are opening a second location in Mill Woods and it’s important for us to have a better understanding of our target audience and other resources in the area. We want to understand client demographics, see what other resources are in the area, develop clarity on our competitive advantages, and optimize our marketing strategy.

This project will include:

  • An identification of our current and future clients
  • An environmental scan and situational assessment to identify other resources in the area
  • An identification of potential collaborators or competitors
  • Information for messaging and marketing

We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website recommendations, current client demographics, brand collateral, and more.

Objective

We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of Mill Woods demographics, the opportunities surrounding our new space, and how we can differentiate ourselves through our service offering, and our messaging.

Deliverables

We would like for you to identify key demographics in Mill Woods. They can be broken up by location, age, race, socioeconomic status, gender identity, background, etc. You can survey and speak with people who live or work in the community about some of the mental health needs they have. We also would like for you to compile a list of current services that we could potentially collaborate with such as schools, community groups, churches, etc and service providers who may be our competition such as psychologists or other mental health agencies.

The deliverables would be an environmental scan, situational assessment, and messaging recommendations that are informed but community needs.
