Asset Map
We are opening a second location in Mill Woods and it’s important for us to have a better understanding of our target audience and other resources in the area. We want to understand client demographics, see what other resources are in the area, develop clarity on our competitive advantages, and optimize our marketing strategy. This project will include: An identification of our current and future clients An environmental scan and situational assessment to identify other resources in the area An identification of potential collaborators or competitors Information for messaging and marketing We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website recommendations, current client demographics, brand collateral, and more. Objective We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of Mill Woods demographics, the opportunities surrounding our new space, and how we can differentiate ourselves through our service offering, and our messaging.

Men's Mental Health Promotion Campaign Plan
Our organization wants to further our efforts to increase awareness about middle-aged men's mental health. In Canada, men aged 45-65 have the highest rate of suicide. We would like to work with students to develop a campaign that successfully raises awareness, breaks the stigma, and changes men's behaviour when it comes to seeking counselling and mental health support. In collaboration with key contacts at our organization, students will design and carry out a campaign strategy around this health topic. Identify ways to target middle-aged men. Identify ideal outcomes and KPIs. Include the latest and most accurate data and information. Design leaflets, posters, videos, brochures, or infographics.

Level UP: Event Planning and Fundraising
Positions available: 2 We would like to work with students to plan fundraising events that can take place in 2022 (either virtually or in-person depending on public health guidelines). The primary focus of the events would be to raise money for our Compassion Fund through which we provide counselling fee subsidies, making mental wellness affordable for all. We would also like to connect with our supporters and break the stigma surrounding mental health. In collaboration with key contacts at our organization, students will design and carry out a campaign strategy around this health topic. Identify various fundraising opportunities (both in-person and online). Identify ideal outcomes and KPIs of each event. Develop a list of potential sponsors, partners, and attendees. Develop a timeline and campaigns to promote each event.

Level UP: Digital Content Creation-Mental Health
Positions available: 1 Our organization wants to further our efforts to increase awareness about mental health. By age 40, about 50% of Canadians will have or have had a mental illness. We would like to work with students to develop a campaign that successfully raises awareness, breaks the stigma, and changes peoples' behaviour when it comes to seeking counselling and mental health support. In collaboration with key contacts at our organization, students will design and carry out a campaign strategy around this health topic. Identify ways to target parents and potentially adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or trauma. Identify ideal outcomes and KPIs. Include the latest and most accurate data and information. Design leaflets, posters, videos, brochures, or infographics.
