We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We will be working together to create an email sequence in ConvertKit. This sequence will be used with new Subscribers to encourage, engage, and support them. There will also be promotions, deals, and educational content within the sequence.
Business Administration Task Management Set-up for Social Media Agency
The primary focus for the student will be: Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to task processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes. Take us from our current platform, Hive PM, and move us to a platform like Asana. Ensure all tasks are set up and templated. Integrate the platform with our other systems like calenders, Dubsado, website, etc.
