We are currently launching a new website for our company and we have a project that we require talented individuals that can organize our contacts in our ZOHO CRM. ZOHO is already set up with categories to assist us in entering the information for each organization/contact so that the team can go through the contacts within ZOHO CRM. The ultimate goal is to clean up our contact lists in preparation for the CRM data base, so that we can be more accurate in our systems to run future campaigns. We also hope to compare our Gmail contacts with our zoho contacts to ensure both lists are accurate and close to the same results. We also would like to create a group of contacts for - SBC employees, SBC speakers and have those entities match in ZOHO CRM and Gmail. We have the CRM set up already and we hope that we can optimize our system so that we can reach out to all our previous clients when launching our new website. Our 2021 goal is to become an outbound company for marketing campaigns, therefore we hope that we can set this all up correctly for mass email campaigns in the near future. The campaigns we will run will be through email only so it will be mostly data entry at the start. IF WE HAVE TIME: Once we have all the contacts organized, we will then run campaigns for each contact so that we can clean up the list one more time. Emails may bounce, contacts can change etc. and we hope to take our current list and improve it moving forward. If the team does not wish to manage any campaigns, there is also the opportunity to clean up our LinkedIn lists - transfer my fathers contacts to our profile, gain contacts based on our Zoho list, try to get them to like our pages on facebook and linkedin. Test Each profile on front and backend to ensure all information is visually and functionally working. 3. Enter Speakers into the search function by reading and learning about them through their profile and selecting the topics they fit into for the search function. 4. Write Meta Descriptions for each speaker page (200 - to 250 with consistency) to assist us with SEO for each result. We will provide the formula Skills we require: - Enter Keywords, tags, topic tags for speaker profiles on SBC website (rank math) - Assist with rewriting pages for SEO optimization - Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. - Establishes entry priorities. - Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies. - must keep our content, passwords, strategy confidential outside of our company - must be able to work at the project 6-8 hours a day - must be accountable and reliable If you are process driven and passionate about backend tasks and we would like to meet you. We are currently launching a new website for our company and we have a project that we hope for a professor and their students to take on for a semester. We are a newly formed national public speaker's agency that requires assistance with our marketing campaigns. We are a small team of 4 and it is difficult for us to find the time and develop materials based on the right strategies for digital marketing campaigns. We are well on our way to become an outbound business, currently nearing the launch of our new website (www.speakerscanada.ca) and are currently booking virtual presentations for 2021, and in person events in 2021. We work with many different types of Public Speakers (Keynote speakers) who are all very interesting themselves, and we are able to use them as a main resource for some of our campaigns and branded materials. We also have a fresh logo and an older logo we are using built out with custom fonts, templates and branded materials available for the project. We are hoping that this project will be taken on by a larger team, to work together to assist us with our digital/brand marketing strategies. We are mostly an inbound business at this stage and we are working hard right now to upgrade and optimize our internal systems for future campaigns and engagement to our website/company. There are many different approaches and opportunities we have come up with to assist us with our marketing, but hope to get some fresh minds on the project to develop materials and even some strategy for us to increase our digital imprint, social media engagement, our brand/website engagement, and our campaign digital marketing materials to focus on lead generation for us moving forward. Some ideas we have and hope to have created: 1. Digital Marketing Values - Topic related Videos - combining our speaker videos to create commercial style videos for when we run email campaigns for topics, awareness weeks/days, conferences and speaker types. Content to bring clicks to action. Target marketed materials for campaigns. Also targeted speaker related content. 2. Split tested campaign management to create strategy based on engagement and targeted clients within the industry 3. LinkedIn and Social Media - Funnels in place to cycle back to generate leads and social media engagement - split tested strategy, conversion to leads etc 4. Identify new markets, strategies, areas for improvement and set us up for success as an outbound business. Newsletter topics, back end and front end for speakers on site, back end/front end for clients on the site. 5. Create a branded marketing package for each speaker (300) that syncs with our new site which we can send to clients when one of our speakers have been booked. - bio, topics, images, videos, contact info, etc. We will optimize when created to be implemented with our CRM 6. Marketing and engagement ideas such as free events - virtual or live, selling tickets to the events, webinar meetings with clients/speakers for driving new ideas. 7. App development ideas for organizers, speakers and audiences. 6. Surveys for clients after each event - feedback for us and our speaker 7. Surveys to speakers - how we can improve as a business We are very flexible on how this can be created/delivered and achieved. We feel it is a great project for a classroom as they will be able to learn about the public speaking industry, access some pretty cool content and speakers, and also have a lot of opportunity since the industry is so spread out into different ways you can market, and target. Positions available: 3 We are currently launching a new website for our company and we have a project that we require a talented data entry guru to take the lead with streamlining our processes for our database. This project is to help us speed up our launch or our website and to optimize our pages for SEO. We have a database of over 300 speakers in our network and on our site, and we require assistance with each speaker page for the site: 1. The project consists of first going through our email folders which have updates for speaker portfolio's that are on our current website. We also have new speakers that need to have profiles created for them on our current site. You will be required to "clean up these folders" until there are no more updates or emails in them. Select the new speakers into a couple of the topics from our site so that the post become live and so that the speaker can be searched. 2. Maintaining our speaker database by entering new and updating customer account information,We have a current list of speakers in an excel sheet that we hope to have you update with new speakers, as well as mark down any information still needed to complete their profile to our standards. 3. Update our contact lists, sales list, data base and speaker lists in all documents/drives. 4. Enter in Main Keyword, Set URL, Rename Images and and work in improving SEO optimization based off Rankmath score (plugin for our site for SEO) 5. Assist our developer to ensure that all the information will transfer from the old website to the new website.
