Our Service Firm has the P's of the Marketing Mix : People Because most services are provided by the people and experienced by the people by their motivation and behavioral characteristics, they make a huge difference in customer satisfaction. Previous Teachers, Alumni, Current-Students, Parents, Siblings, Relatives, Management People and Prospective students themselves affect the decision of selection of a Career Transition firm. Processes The procedures, mechanisms and flow of activities . (Ivy, 2007) believed that services are often realized in many steps, mixture of such a number of steps constitutes the service process. Process includes flow of activities like; Teaching Learning Methods, Research Activities, Placements, Industry Interactions & Tie-Ups, Co & Extra-Curricular Activities, Alumni Interaction etc.
Research funds and application
The students that apply to this project should study and find the international Research fund programs, like Horizon 2021-27 in EU, that fits the company services, skills and expectations. They have to list the requirements of the calls and how they match with the company resources and solutions, and should be able to evaluate connections for partnership. Finally they have to follow the procedure to apply and set the Gantt diagram about deliveries and the required documentation. Their role should cover only the period of the specific project related to the course or the internship program time. Each student, or some student freely grouped has to: study and understand the R&D services provided by the company in the field of tech&engineering, and list them read and understand the Research fund programs calls, and list them match all the calls with company opportunities and select the real possible ones list all the requirements, including the required international partnership check all the collected requirements, documentation and partnership with the company consultant follow all the application procedures with the company consultant and partners make a detailed Grantt diagram with all the deliveries for the company in terms of project development, and documentation with option to deal with delays
Dreamcatcher - Developing a Magical Trail on a 40 Acre Animal Ranch
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Due to covid, we began a small tourism business on our property to allow for families to get out of the house and into nature and with animals to destress/decompress and rejuvenate. People are invited to either visit our therapy horses, donkeys, sheep, goats and chickens over the fence or to go in with them with staff supervised interactions. As an extension of the project, we have now created "magical trails" and a "goat outlook" on the property to encourage more people to attend the program, to engage them with more to do and to work toward ensuring the longevity of the new business. We are also introducing goat yoga, horse mindfulness and family birthday parties on the land. At this time, we are seeking help to research other similar trails or projects in Canada and to gather creative ideas for our expansion and marketing strategies. We are hoping this Intrapreneurship program will provide people to help us to do this!
