Community Development
RECR
Working within communities, large and small, is an essential aspect of becoming a successful recreation professional. In this course, students are introduced to the concept, history, and models of community development. The students will also have gained knowledge of various levels of government, trends, and issues, strategic planning, facilitation, and fundraising. Georgian College's second-year Community Development students are ready to support your community change activities.
