Demand Analysis of the Tourism Industry: Evidence from Ontario
Times Group Corp. is considering the development of a condo hotel at 5507 River Road in Niagara Falls, ON, Canada. You are asked to evaluate historic trends and forecast the future competitive demand for lodging accommodations in the area. The results of the project will assist in pre-development of the subject site. Moreover, the findings of the project will indicate the overall viability of the proposed development plan. The scope of the project includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: An analysis and economic evaluation of the market for tourism in the area. Review of the economic indices which would be most relevant to the success of the proposed development plan. Determining the share of market demand by various customer categories such as tourists, commercial travelers, and group meetings/convention delegates. Analyzing the impact of pandemic on the tourism industry in the area. Forecasting demand in the post-covid era in the area under various scenarios
Training Module Development - Mobile technologies
We want to be known as an organization that values the development of our people and also that shares knowledge with the network. To assist us in this goal, we would like to collaborate with students to design trainings. The high-level training design should be based on our provided objectives and include templates, processes, strategy, and implementation guidelines. We have an idea of areas where training could be implemented, but we would also appreciate insight on recommended training and development areas. Areas of particular interest to us include: New employee training New product training Security procedure training Diversity training Online training about general benefits of use of mobile technologies Demo sessions or webinars about our products However, we are open to the preference of the group about the aboves or new subjects.
Digital Marketing Strategy - Sustainable Technology Solutions
Help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. We are looking for a full review and recommendations on our current strategy and additionally assistance with our new product lines. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company in todays very changed marketplace? What B2B channels should we utilize? How is our current plan preforming? How is our keyword analysis ranking? What are the best strategies & keywords for our new websites? What other B2B channels are strong? What else can we be doing on linkedin? Are email marketing campaigns good or bad for our product line up today? How do we capture more leads? The goal of this project is to finely tune our digital presence for increased lead generation & strong follow up. We want to utilize what we've learned from our current success into our new product offerings.
