Set up our HR System / Process
We are a startup. We are early-stage, so we have no staff. All our work has been with contractors (and students, like yourselves). Soon, we would like to be able to hire staff. When we hit that point, we'd love to have a system in place. That means government payroll number, payment systems, tracking, and a review of of our positions descriptions and hiring strategy.
